Council District 11, the CD11 Foundation, and Recreation & Parks are thrilled to invite you to our FIRST annual WinterFest holiday celebration at the Westchester Recreation Center on Saturday, December 13, from 9 AM to 1 PM!
Bring the whole family for a pancake breakfast, an epic skate jam, a festive photo booth, hands-on arts & crafts, a tree adoption, and our magical snow mound (yes, real snow in Westchester!).
